Alex Cracknell - Head of Business Development
Alex, left University with a degree in Financial Services which he then applied to early part of his career working in Project Management and Loss Assessment within a number of companies including: the Financial Services Authority and the largest IFA network in the UK.
In 2006 Alex used his drive to start building his own rental business for private properties in the Algarve, Portugal. “This was such a steep learning curve yet so rewarding with every part of running a business undertaken in house, I used innovative methods for marketing to give an edge and stuck to my ideals: personal service with a quality product”.
In 2008, Alex brought his business under the umbrella of PAC (Portugal) Ltd and based himself in the Algarve. In the last year the business has evolved tremedously with the launch of its Luxury Properties and expanded the business to the West of the Algarve. Furthermore close ties with local business allows great networking opportunities.
Working with DA Bespoke compliments PAC (Portugal) Ltd and allows us to expand into the golf, leisure and events within Portugal.

Nick Scrutton - Head of Golf Management Team
Nick has a prestigious background in sport, representing his Country in both Golf and Athletics and several other sports at County level. His real expertise and first love lies in golf, with many top level amateur wins to his name, also teeing it up in a number of professional tour events. This experience of top level sport, coupled with a Sports degree from the University of Wolverhampton has given him a valuable insight as to what it takes to make it all the way to the top. Sharing this knowledge to help other aspiring sports men and women develop, is his new goal.
Nick now wants to aid young athletes take their next steps in their sporting careers, nurturing them through arguably their most important developmental years. There are many decisions made early in a young sportsperson’s life that can be a deciding factor in whether they achieve their goal of playing professional sport as a career or not, accessing good and experienced advice at the right time is vital in getting those decisions correct.

Players need to be athletes and better prepared than ever before to make the significant step from ‘excellent amateur golfer’ to tour professional. The game now calls for sound golf game mechanics, a highly developed physical training programme and quality time spent working on the psychological side of the game.
All top athletes know the time they need to dedicate to sharpening their skills and technique! Every minute they can, in every day!!!! However, time and support spent on developing physical and mental conditioning are now recognised as vital contributors to consistency and overall success. It is in this area and other off field matters and distractions that having a great management team around is key.
